Minor forum problem now fixed

It seems that there was a forum bug that resulted in confusing behaviour when creating a new topic. This is now fixed, and forums should work as expected.

You should now also be able to delete your forum posts or comments if you want.

On a related topic:

While user pictures do not appear in the main topic for a forum post, they do appear in comments. This is intentional, but will be changed at some point in the future.
